Salon Policy

We're excited to provide you with exceptional service. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, we kindly ask that you take note of our salon policy.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you give your stylist a minimum of 12 hours notice to canel or reschedule. failure to notify your stylist with 12+ hours before your appointment will result in a 50$ last minute cancellation fee which must be paid before rescheduling

Late Policy

Due to our stylist busy schedule, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule & pay a 50$ rescheduling fee. Please contact your stylist as soon as possible if you know you will be late to your appointment.

No Show Policy

No showing your stylist will result in a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment which must be paid before you’ll be rebooked. No showing twice will result in a fee of 75% of your scheduled appointment. After three no shows you will no longer be allowed to book at Glow & Co

Hours of Operation

We have several stylist who work a wide variety of days & Hours. We are not closed any specific days. you will need to check with your stylist on thieir available days & times they work. If you need a specific day & time with no specific stylist in mind, call us to discuss scheduling.

Guest & Pet Policy

We ask that you don’t bring more than one additional person with you to your appontment for their safety & crowding purposes. If you bring your children with you, your are responsible for any damages that may occur. We also ask that you leave yoru pets hoem for their safety & others.

Returned Checks

Clients will be held responsible for any returned check fees. If the payment isn’t taken care of within the week, the check will be turned into the DA. After one returned check you’ll be required to pay with cash or card. Please don’t date checks ahead unless you’ve discussed it with your stylist first.

Payments Accepted

Each stylist accepts their own payment methods. Please reach out to your stylist before hand if you have any question on what forms of payment they accept

Refunds & Returns

If you are unsatisfied with yourservice you must reach out to your stylist within one week of your appoinment so any issues may be resolved. We DO NOT offer refunds on services or product.
